United Team Properties is a division of United Team Capital Ventures Ltd. The company helps investors find properties. The company began in August of 2007. I see too many wannabes out there who fail to take "action" to make it happen. One of things i run across is finding people who want to invest in real estate, but do not even have steady work. Even with no money down deals, you still need some money to work with to get started. There is a system that you learn and follow as time goes on. I have invested in real estate since 1977 mostly with my own home until 2005 where i started buying 2nd and 3rd properties and then formed a corporation to continue making acquisitions. I help investors find properties.
